EAUCHEM Product is an organic scale inhibitor for the retardation and prevention of scale formation on the heat transfer surfaces of the evaporator. It has an ability to keep calcium, magnesium and silica in solution even in the presence of impurities like oxalates, carbonates, sulphates, chlorides and phosphates. It is a blend of polymaleic multipolymer and Ter-Polymer of polymethacrylates, polysulphonates and polycarboxylates available in liquid form. It functions by threshold treatment which delays the precipitation of alkaline hardness and silica. It functions under three pronged approach which provides optimal scale prevention for most particles under broad range of operating conditions. Its carboxylates group is strongly attracted to particle surfaces allowing strong dispersant absorption on to particles. Its sulfonate group is only weakly attracted to the particle surface and retains some residual negative charge to provide repulsion preventing particles from aggregating in to larger particles which can settle on surfaces and low flow areas. Its anionic group further enhances scale prevention by providing steric repulsion between particles.
EAUCHEM Product is moderate molecular weight cationic coagulant, recommended for water clarification which will eliminate need for the alum and other inorganic chemicals. It functions over a wide pH range. It is chlorine resistant. It also eliminates need for pH adjustment. It forms a compact and easily dewatered sludge. EAUCHEM Product is a specially tailored Polyelectrolyte based on VHM technology for syrup clarification in sugar industries. This product works very well in conjunction with phosphoric acid and color precipitants. It helps the customer to get the best floatation effect in the phospho floatation cell.
Generally, under normal circumstances, 10-20 ppm of our product is recommended based on the syrup solids. However, it will vary according to the process condition in phospho floatation cell.

EAUCHEM Product is an aqueous solution of Microbiocide, which provides micro-organism control and clean systems. It is non-oxidizing biocide designed to eliminate microbiological fouling in Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems for potable water, industrial water production and effluent recycling. It is effective against bacteria, fungi, yeast and algae. Because of its extremely rapid kill, proliferating microbes and their biofilm formation on the RO membranes are either eliminated or significantly reduced. In RO systems it is easily rejected by the TFC membrane layer, and at use dilution shows excellent compatibility with all materials of construction of the RO membrane module. During the addition of EAUCHEM Product the addition of sodium bi-sulfite or sodium Meta bisulfite or any other reducing agents used for RO pre-treatment should be suspended in order to prevent the deactivation of EAUCHEM Product.
