EAUCHEM Product a pulverized mixture of inorganic phosphates catalyzed soidum sulphite along with sludge conditioner in powder form. It is specially formulated for low and medium pressure water tube boilers, where treated water like softened water / demineralised water is used as boiler feed water.
EAUCHEM Product a specially tailored liquid product based on sodium sulphite for low and medium pressure boilers to prevent corrosion due to dissolved oxygen. The catalyst here enhances the performance of oxygen scavenger, and ensures the complete elimination of dissolved oxygen from the boiler feed water before it enters the boiler water drum. It is also exclusively used in coil type boilers.
EAUCHEM Product is a perfect blend of neutralizing and filming amines in liquid form to prevent condensate return line corrosion, which is due to carbonic acid. It helps to increase the boiler feed water pH along with the pH of condensate return water. It is ideally suited for all types of boilers, where condensate water is used for boiler feed.
EAUCHEM Product is a specially tailored silica dispersant formulated for the boiler water systems to prevent scale formation in the turbines due to colloidal silica and reactive silica.
EAUCHEM Product - A descaling product in liquid form to remove carbonate, oxide deposits and non-silica deposits. It contains a neutralizer, accelerator and corrosion inhibitor in its formulation. It is extensively used in MS systems. It is based on HCL. Special care should be taken while handling this product.
EAUCHEM B-165P a pulverized, homogenous blend of poly phosphates with a sludge conditioner which finds extensive usage in high pressure boilers for the prevention of silky deposits. It helps to maintain the residual phosphate level in high pressure boilers. It also prevents dissolved silica carry over and deposits problems in turbines.
EAUCHEM Product is an all-organic and all-amine product to prevent scale and corrosion in steam boilers by formation of a protective film on metal surfaces. Due to its distribution ratio between gas and liquid phase, EAUCHEM B-185-KC also protects steam and condensate lines from corrosion. It is a non-toxic product, hence can be used in the boilers whose steam comes in contact with the products.
Eauchem Product prevents scale formation in boilers by stabilizing and dispersing hardness and deposits, which is then removed along with blow down water. It is a non TDS contributing product, also thermally and chemically very stable.

It is effectively used in Reverse Osmosis pretreatment for sequestering and dispersing the scale forming minerals like calcium, magnesium silica etc., It prevents scaling due to Iron, colloids and metal oxides also. EAUCHEM R.O.7050 H.E. eliminates use of hazardous acids and reduces the risk of scaling. It is a powerful threshold agent able to stabilize the supersaturated salt solution. Its synergistic blend of membrane threshold antiscalants and dispersants help it to prevent scaling in the membrane. It is compatible with all membranes types and system component, ensuring product’s reliability. Further, this product will not precipitate or blind the membrane even at higher concentrations. This product is capable of treating RO feed water up to 750 ppm of total hardness and 75 ppm of reactive silica.
EAUCHEM Product is a specially formulated De-chlorinator and antifoulant for the pre-treatment of R.O feed water. It neutralizes the residual free chlorine and protects the membrane against chlorine attack. The Dispersant in the product acts as an efficient antifoulant. It prevents fouling due to biological organics and silt. It is mainly recommended for the places where chlorine is added in the influent of RO.

EAUCHEM Product removes all inorganic scaling and heavy metal fouling from the membranes effectively. It increases the solid rejection capacity of R.O. membranes. It increases the quantity of permeate also. EAUCHEM Products contains a sequestrant which assists the removal of acid insoluble sulphates of calcium and barium. It is also effective in removing iron oxide and hydroxide from the membrane. EAUCHEM Product – helps to restore the optimum pressure of the high pressure pump by removing foulants from the membrane.
EAUCHEM Product is an aqueous solution of Microbiocide, which provides micro-organism control and clean systems. It is non-oxidizing biocide designed to eliminate microbiological fouling in Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems for potable water, industrial water production and effluent recycling. It is effective against bacteria, fungi, yeast and algae. Because of its extremely rapid kill, proliferating microbes and their biofilm formation on the RO membranes are either eliminated or significantly reduced. In RO systems it is easily rejected by the TFC membrane layer, and at use dilution shows excellent compatibility with all materials of construction of the RO membrane module. During the addition of EAUCHEM Product the addition of sodium bi-sulfite or sodium Meta bisulfite or any other reducing agents used for RO pre-treatment should be suspended in order to prevent the deactivation of EAUCHEM Product.
EAUCHEM Product –is a specially tailored non-toxic product in liquid form, to increase the pH and alkalinity in raw water. It is ideally suited for raw water and any treated water where the pH is to be boosted. It is extensively used for dealkalized water and RO water without degasser where the low water pH problem is a perennial one. It is also recommended for boosting the pH of RO feed water.
