Cooling Water Treatment Tablets

EAUCHEM Product is multifunctional water treatment programme in a single, easy to use tablet. It has been specially developed for use in small cooling systems (typically less than 100 RT-recirculation tonnages) with low or no water treatment service in place. EAUCHEM Product is an effective multifunctional treatment for algae, bio-fouling, inorganic deposits and yellow metal corrosion problems.

• Start-up treatment programme: If system is in a fouled condition then in that case, for every 1 m3 of holdup volume suspend 2 to 3 tablets directly under the flushing water to rapidly establish the required chemical concentration for effective treatment.
• If system is new or cleaned before chemical treatment, place one tablet for every 1 m3 of holdup volume in an area where water is moving or agitated. Typically tablets will take minimum 2 to 3 weeks to dissolve under these conditions.
• Tablets should be replenished every time the water in the cooling system is replaced ie. Every month on small cooling systems with no blow down.

Cationic Flocculants

EAUCHEM Product is a specially tailored Polyelectrolyte based on VHM technology for syrup clarification in sugar industries. This product works very well in conjunction with phosphoric acid and color precipitants. It helps the customer to get the best floatation effect in the phospho floatation cell.

Generally, under normal circumstances, 10-20 ppm of our product is recommended based on the syrup solids. However, it will vary according to the process condition in phospho floatation cell.

Anionic Flocculants

EAUCHEM Product is a specially tailored flocculants for the process of syrup / melts clarification. Syrup from the evaporator is treated with phosphoric acid and the pH is adjusted to neutral normally using lime sucrate. This causes the formation of the primary floc. The treated syrup is then aerated in a system which ensures the correct size and volumetric concentration of air bubble. EAUCHEM Product flocculants is then added to this phosphatated, aerated syrup before entry into a special clarifier. This clarifier contains an integral flocculating chamber permitting gentle mixing of the EAUCHEM Product flocculants with the treated syrup before entry into the main body of the clarifier thereby ensuring the best results. This product wones well is conjunction with any color precipitants.

Dosage
• To maximize results it is essential to ensure that the flocculants is well mixed into the clarifier feed syrup. However, excessive turbulence or agitation will easily destroy the effect of the polymer. The flocculants solution should be dosed into the product stream using a low shear pump. Generally between 10-12 ppm of EAUCHEM Product is recommended on syrup solids. However it will vary according to the process conditions.

Non-Ionic Flocculants

Eauchem Product is a high efficiency non-ionic polyelectrolyte, specially designed for solid-liquid separation process. Its applications include sedimentation, thickening & clarification of suspension, clarification of aqueous liquor by sedimentation. Dewatering of sludge for the recovery of liquor or disposal of solids by filtration and centrifugation. It is used for sludge de-watering of primary and secondary clarifier sludge in rotary vacuum filters, belt press & centrifuge. It is also used for clarification for fermented wash in molasses processing distilleries.

For Raw Water Clarification

EAUCHEM Product is an organic scale inhibitor for the retardation and prevention of scale formation on the heat transfer surfaces of the evaporator. It has an ability to keep calcium, magnesium and silica in solution even in the presence of impurities like oxalates, carbonates, sulphates, chlorides and phosphates. It is a blend of polymaleic multipolymer and Ter-Polymer of polymethacrylates, polysulphonates and polycarboxylates available in liquid form. It functions by threshold treatment which delays the precipitation of alkaline hardness and silica. It functions under three pronged approach which provides optimal scale prevention for most particles under broad range of operating conditions. Its carboxylates group is strongly attracted to particle surfaces allowing strong dispersant absorption on to particles. Its sulfonate group is only weakly attracted to the particle surface and retains some residual negative charge to provide repulsion preventing particles from aggregating in to larger particles which can settle on surfaces and low flow areas. Its anionic group further enhances scale prevention by providing steric repulsion between particles.

EAUCHEM Product (Dithio Carbamate Based) is a low cost highly effective biocide to be used for pasteurizer in breweries. It inhibits bacterial multiplication thereby reducing growth of microbes in the system. It is recommended to minimize the slime growth and bio fouling in the system. EAUCHEM Product is a specially tailored silicon based defoamer in liquid form for curtailing foam formation in any liquids. Being a FDA approved product it finds application in sugar industries for controlling foam in syrup and it also controls foam in biological aeration systems and anaerobic digester. It is also used in paper industries as well as in textile industries for foam control in process liquids. It owes its effect to its extremely low surface tension and to its enormous capacity to spread out on liquid surfaces and foam lamellas, resulting in the destruction or damping of the foam. Very small amount of this product destroys the foam in every liquid and prevents the build-up of new foam for a long period of time. Polyelectroclytes for De-Watering

Eauchem Product is a high efficiency non-ionic polyelectrolyte, specially designed for solid-liquid separation process. Its applications include sedimentation, thickening & clarification of suspension, clarification of aqueous liquor by sedimentation. Dewatering of sludge for the recovery of liquor or disposal of solids by filtration and centrifugation. It is used for sludge de-watering of primary and secondary clarifier sludge in rotary vacuum filters, belt press & centrifuge. It is also used for clarification for fermented wash in molasses processing distilleries.

Chemoxidants

EAUCHEM Product is a specially tailored chemoxidant in liquid form for the treatment of trade effluents and sewage effluents in industries. Deodorant

EAUCHEM Product is a strong deodorizer to arrest foul smell emanating from effluent, sludge etc; It can be effectively used by mixing with effluent and sprayed on to sludge bed to mask odor in the atmosphere surrounding ETP and also the far off places. It is also recommended for disinfecting / deodoursier effluents and sludge.

Dosage
• Mild to strong odor in all kind of effluents - 0. 01% to 0.02%
• Very strong odor from organic solvents, Aromatic & other organic chemicals - 0.05% to 0.1%
• For spraying on to sludge - 10% to 20% solution to be prepared & sprayed

Micro Nutrients for Bio Mass

EAUCHEM Product contains mixture of organic micronutrients like Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potash. It will aid for the robust growth of biomass in aerobic and anaerobic effluent treatment systems.
